Sonia Tay - Strategic Services Director, Responsys Asia

Sonia Tay is the Strategic Services Director for Responsys Asia, the leading provider of strategic, individualized life cycle marketing solutions and marketing automation technologies.

Based in Singapore, Sonia is responsible for leading and guiding client success within Responsys with her team of multi-disciplinary marketing experts.

Sonia has over 15 years of strategic marketing consulting experience leading C-level consulting engagements with clients both, internally and externally. Sonia has led consulting engagements with MNCs across numerous industries. Her clients include Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, OCBC Bank, Johnson Electric, Sentosa Leisure Group and Citibank.

Raymond Teoh - AVP, SPH

Raymond Teoh graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He was in the Information Technology industry for six years before moving into the internet advertising business in 1998.

He had also sold TV airtime and print advertising which he was exposed to on various media products. He is currently the Assistant Vice President of the Interactive Business Unit in Singapore Press Holdings Ltd. His portfolio includes internet advertising, interactive services and new product development in the interactive space. He has successfully launched many internet marketing campaigns and also mobile content initiatives in Singapore.

Wong Meng Weng - Founder and CTO, Karmasphere.com

Wong Meng Weng founded pobox.com, an email services company, in 1995. He has been involved in the email authentication movement since 2003, when he led the SPF project to worldwide adoption as Sender ID. Together with DKIM, these authentication technologies open the door to reputation services. Both authentication and reputation are of crucial importance to email marketers concerned about deliverability.

Wong co-founded a reputation services company called Karmasphere.com, which is now working closely with BoxSentry to realize the vision of a world with no false positives, where every legitimate message gets delivered.

He grew up in Singapore and is now based in Silicon Valley.

Moderator Bio:

Manish Goel - CEO, BoxSentry and Chair of the International Committee, AOTA (Authentication and Online Trust Alliance).

Mr. Goel has over 15 years experience in the software and services sector where he has had a particular focus on business applications, security and data. Prior to joining BoxSentry as CEO, Mr. Goel was a Partner of Greenoak Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing on technology sector investments. Previously he was a Director with PwC Venture Partners - PricewaterhouseCoopers’ London based technology investment Group.

Mr. Goel holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of NSW, Sydney and a Grad Dip in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors, UK. Most recently, Mr. Goel was elected Chair of the International Committee for AOTA (Authentication & Online Trust Alliance).

In his spare time he enjoys traveling, mountain climbing and mentoring young entrepreneurs in a variety of disciplines.
